Last December I found out about an opportunity for Ballet Beautiful fans to share their experiences with the program and be featured on Dr. Oz. I’ve been wanting to do a post on BB forever so I decided to just go for it. Anything to spread the BB love! A few days ago, I received an e-mail from BB with a link to part two of “Your Ballet Beautiful Journey”. Check it out to read my story on the BB blog! ^.^
I’ve included the before and after photos that I submitted to BB. The last one is awkward but it was taken specifically for a model casting for Yumiko. They make the leotards that Mary Helen Bowers, creator of BB, wore often in her earlier videos. Really can’t go wrong with any of their designs and they also offer customization. Highly recommend for the BB workouts!
I will get around to a second post with a little more detail and a possible BB giveaway.
